Directions and the entry code will be provided in your appointment confirmation email. If you only opted in to text notifications (and not email), you will not get the code. Allowing both text and email notifications from HABIT will ensure you have all the info you need.
HABIT’s studio door is black and red with our signature bee logo at eye level. Please let yourself in, come up the stairs, and take a seat in the wooden theater row. Your provider will meet you shortly.

SANITATION
All tools, stations, and equipment are sanitized and disinfected between each client. Every member of the HABIT team is individually certified in sanitation protocols via Barbicide™ and OSHA.
SERVICE DURATION
Occasionally, appointments may run longer than the estimated service time depending on growth or additional consulting with your esthetician. For this reason, please allow yourself some flexibility in the time following your service. We hope you’ll consider your visit to HABIT just as you would a massage: a sacred time for self care that should not be rushed.
CANCELATION POLICY
A credit card is required to schedule an appointment via our booking site. You can always complete payment onsite with another card or cash if you wish.
In the event you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, HABIT requires a minimum 12-hour notice. Appointments that are changed, rescheduled, or canceled outside of this time frame are subject to a cancellation fee of 100%.
Missed appointments will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
If your service is abbreviated due to late arrival, you will be charged for the full service booked. It will be at HABIT’s discretion to decide whether to perform the service in the remaining time, or ask you to reschedule.
We understand that an unexpected visit from Aunt Flo might make you feel shy about coming to your wax appointment.
Rest assured, this will not impact your services- you’ll still receive the same discreet, professional treatment that HABIT is known for.
Should you choose to cancel or reschedule outside of the courtesy window, our cancellation policy still applies.
